0/10. I never got my confirmed (!) assistance and airport staff made me cry. I wouldn’t use this airline/airport again as a disabled person. Felt humiliated and helpless, but we discussed it later and I hope the service has improved since then.

10/10, this was absolutely excellent with great attention to detail, a truly tailored support, and an incredibly polite and respectful airport staff. Would absolutely use again and recommend to fellow disabled passengers.

2/10, no private waiting area & this was the one time I needed a wheelchair, so I had to lie down on metallic chairs in front of everyone. Very long wait and absolute bare minimum help. The agent was nice, and that’s about it.

9/10, hands down the best disability assistance I ever received. They really went above and beyond and made me feel safe and respected. Lost one point for a VERY long wait for the assistance agent (over 1 hour).
