Juliette Gordon Low wanted to be a scout. Boy Scouts turned her down. She said Eff this and did her own thing. They welcome all girls regardless of gender assigned at birth. They allowed Black troops in 1917, just five years after their beginning. Though they didn't fully integrate until the 1950s

It is perfectly legal to know your rights and to educate others about them, too.

EVERYONE in the United States, citizen or not, has rights. I will not allow this administration to intimidate us from helping you know about them.

If you haven't ordered Girl Scout Cookies this season, remember, they support ALL girls. You can even order from Lillie and have them shipped nearly anywhere.

#libraries Use them, or lose them
I've been seeing a lot of posts about readers trying to curb their own book buying. Let me remind you of the library. Libraries can use your support now more than ever. When you checkout library books this lets funding authorities know the library is worthy of taxpayer money. 1/3

There are three types of people in this world.
1. People who would hide Anne Frank.
2. People who would not hide her, but would turn a blind eye to those hiding her.
3. Those who would give her away. These include the people who would do the hunting.

Who are you?

history has shown that prosecuting librarians or educators is one of the hallmarks of an oppressive regime that seeks to control knowledge and suppress dissent.
