I’ll admit, some day I do not feel like walking. However, walking at least 10k steps a day has been my 1 non-negotiable daily goal since January. Aaaaaand when I get my 10k steps for the day, I get to have a popcicle when I’m finished! 🙌🏼🎉

Switch the calendar from August to September with me! I write out al of our events, weekly meals, ongoing grocery list and to do list on this calendar. It helps us see it all daily. I have my digital calendar too, but this helps so much not having to get out my phone every time.

Sidewalk chalk tip - especially if you do not like the texture of chalk - dip the chalk in water first and/or let it sit in water, it makes the chalk soft and easy to draw with - without the chalk on concrete sound. The colors are super vibrant too! Your hands WILL be messy, but it’s worth it.

We decided awhile ago to start meal prepping our lunches. We make Greek yogurt bowls. Just the yogurt is portioned out into these 2 cup bowls and then we add fruit and granola day of. We only prep 3 days at a time because that’s the room we have in our fridge and any more than that is overwhelming.
