My Frisky (my name for her) Scooter can do 15 KLM before battery starts to run down. Good on you for helping local guy get more freedom.

I purchased a Power Bank as my home care guy lent me his to charge up phone whilst he took everything else home to charge overnight. Well above & beyond his duty. Plus he was helping other locals with different tasks in the electrical & phone blackout.
Early start storm season be prepared 😹

Plus surprise this is grab from talk trying to reassure us about November 1st changes from firm handling my self managed home care package. Don't know if true for physio was going to use because they refused to tell me prices even though need that to put in budget to get the service. 😡😡😡

Didn't know flying foxes liked palm nuts. Which type foxy are they? Mine like Eucalyptus especially white flowers & paper bark which are abundant. That would be why neighbour who is fanatic about NOT having flying foxes trims his palms to nothing & has outdoor repel insect light.

Thanks I could never live in a city always tried to have creek, open land etc near me. Kangaroos & Flying Foxes in my street though I live in enclosed Oldies Village off it. Just 1 KLM to end of street beach, 1 house other way National Park . Definitely lucky.

Snuggled into me 🩷🩷 so did usual & took outside to release. Didn't even know what it was just a rat type but luckily went to Environmental Fair & guy showed me photos so identified. It was fun place to live 😀 forgot had big Goanna too. Also near me Upside Down Jellyfish & one & only Nudibranch.

There are good BOTS that do traffic reports, weather etc. When I was on Twitter I had a BOT mainly for Art Deco era Art in a stable of over 500 others dedicated to various artists. All legal & free & no garbage or nastiness. The other bots are mostly scams.

Introduce yourself with 5 animals you've seen in the wild.

Kangaroo
Flying Fox Grey Headed, Black & Little Red
Antichinis (male mates till so exhausted he dies)
Bush Rat
Snakes Brown, Red Bellied & Yellow Faced Whip
See lots when back onto bushland

That would be interesting. Am on hold for borrowing Madly Deeply the Diaries of Alan Rickman.

Hello back. This fantastic photo showing their eyes etc was taken by my Home Care Guy using my mobile. It's best I have ever seen. Love the orange collars. He even managed 2 different side by side Black & Grey Headed.

Wonderful & afterwards Rod said would stay behind if anybody wanted to chat. Of course. Finally discover someone else who even knows who he is. Had all his records & still got a book or two. Rod & his words kept me going through some tough times back in the 70's.

Oh can see it 🤯🤯 Wind Farms gathering together escaping the ghettos swiping & destroying coal & gas fired electricity stations to reign powerful & tall on the green grass gathering up wind & giving pure electricity. They should make a movie "Wind Finds Freedom"

Today I GET FOOD💃🎉💃 Had finished all tinned salmon & tuna on corn thins. That's if my lovely Coles guy & truck doesn't get hijacked by people who have been without power since Monday afternoon.

Congratulations better to be cautious & vaxed etc than catch it. I get funny looks for wearing a mask & Dr always notifies me when vax in but it's worth it. Think am due December.

#Storm #Flowers
Just sitting out looking at garden Coreopsis & other flowers very trampled by storm, can't find Cat's Whiskers but this #Mirabilis is doing super well showing no signs of damage. Think grew from wind blowing seeds other plant 12+ feet away that died. Gorgeous flowers to come
November 27, 2025 at 7:04 AM
Amazing thing was storm didn't last very long 30/40 minutes but did so much damage. The phone transmission tower said today more a matter of rebuilding than repairing.
November 26, 2025 at 9:36 AM
Just lying here under fan. Power & phone back after 2 days. Went to library as is usually Refuge but power out all over & big trees like this down on library corner & right photo other corner. Am going to do post about phones out.

Table Light is OK from clobbering me, also glass jar kept Minties in must have clobbered big toe. Tablet under bedside table I was probably trying to retrieve it. 🫂🫂

Will be 81 in December. Beauty products are of no interest to me. Only seeing trees, flowers & water.
