Probably not helpful but I had long covid with symptoms of extreme fatigue and breathlessness for about 6mo after my infection. It passed on its own eventually. Besides getting asthma spray there wasn't much else to do but that was years ago so studies on post covid might have advanced since then 🤷‍♀️

If you want to work for clients make sure to not take any odd job out of panic and only accept those that either pay fair or further your portfolio. 😊 I spent years on assignments that didn't bring me joy out of fear i wouldn't make a living. Definitely burnt me out 🫠

I definitely recommend recording your spendings for a couple months so you can get a good idea on how much you actually spend, then you can keep a mini job or similar that will cover your basic expenses. It will save you a lot of existential dread, believe me 🙈😅
