Why is the Guardian still calling them evacuations when the IDF has said it will not allow people to return, not to mention that evacuation implies a move to a safe place? Also I feel the ICC/Netanyahu crimes against humanity warrant needs to be built in to the context setting.

That includes their leader in Scotland, Anas Sarwar.
