I love getting vindicated for stuff I did as a child and got yelled at for but was actually necessary. My current favorite is how I used to always get yelled at to blow my nose when I would sniffle to clear my ears. Turns out they don’t regulate pressure and sniffling is what my ENT said to do. 🤷♀️

The state has decided I’m competent enough to have a CDL. The school has decided I’m competent enough to be the only person under thirty to have a permanent route. I just need my dad to have enough faith in me too.

Went on Friday to see my bus route with the transportation director and secretary, and then I decided to drive it in my car this morning. Not a bad route, just long.

I’m supposed to meet my brother’s future in-laws tomorrow with Mom and Dad but he won’t even be home until 6 or 6:30 and then we’ll have to stay a few hours plus he lives a couple hours away plus I have my driving exam the next day so I might not go

I’m really hoping Kip gets some redemption in this book because I liked him in the first one. He was such a good father to Summer but he really fucked up with Winter.

I want to make a road trip to Oklahoma to see if my dad’s biological mother has a gravestone but it’s a six and a half hour drive to the cemetery and I can’t exactly justify it solely for this.
