How dare he invoke peace and even acknowledge and voice some of the goals of the women’s movement? It's astonishing that the establishment so rarely considers moving beyond the war-mongering mentality that guides foreign policy worldwide. Zack is a much-needed breath of fresh air in British politics

I was wondering the same thing… it’s interesting that the military is the one place that “someone would volunteer to donate” to, because trillions and trillions for decades and decades are never enough, it’s never a time to shift the focus from the military industrial complex. That can never happen.

Yeah… why can’t we have ONE PRIVATE BANK to rule them all…? because that’s what competition is all about under capitalism, one giant pile of bulls***.

I guess that’s Nigel’s version of “Haitians eating cats in Ohio” by Donald trump during his 2024 campaign. I mean it’s easy being a far right candidate isn’t it? It takes 5 minutes each morning thinking “what nonsense will I back on this day?” And that’s become their platform for every country.

The crazy part is that they did all that after that type of gun violence was already an epidemic in this country. That’s how republicans have been helping and fixing their country it seems, after they told us Latin immigrants that we should we leave and fix our countries (after the coups by the CIA)

Here’s some helping correcting things, we know how the Wall Street journal is so poor they need all the help they can get.

Wonder if they mean campaign financing as illicit finance… since it amounts to bribery.

lol of course, who doesn’t like public money getting funneled into private companies, so innovative, socialize the costs and privatize profits. That’s starmer blue.

Who’s going to be the provider for it? His own hairdresser?

Como ele é desonesto… precisamos sim de reformas no judiciário, tem que fazer igual o México, olha quanta prova tem nesse processo, esse foi um voto de flat-earther, o cara tem coragem de fazer uma coisa dessa numa hora dessas. Vamos acordar Brasil.

I mean a former central banker… remember with the “good record” that came from the people with the neoclassical theories that let the economy collapse in the first place, because in their minds very high levels of private debt can only be good for the real economy (consolidating in very few hands)

And the sad part is that it’s not a surprise, in Brazil they did that same thing. it’s so obvious how you can’t be both at the same time, a liberal and a progressive because liberals are anti leftists, they elected Bolsonaro in Brazil to not vote on a Labour Party guy. The US needs a new left party.

Exactly, after all we are talking about a former human rights lawyer that when in charge of his country supported and armed a genocide. It isn’t just him afraid of trump, he could have called it a genocide when Biden was in power, but he chose to be his own lawyer instead, that’s grownup I guess.

Ann’s work inspired me to look all the way into the problems with the national debt everywhere, even with MMT, it’s only transferring the problem to the future, because unfortunately the problem is capitalism itself…this form of society is dead, and it’s decaying humanity and the planet’s biosphere.

That was the first thing that came to my mind, he talks about tariffs on trade, but not about capital controls, I mean surely if he was really worried about saving the domestic productive capacity, capital controls would get regulated, but no, he just goes straight to beating a dead horse instead.

But then that is part of the reason trumps administration wanted to get rid of them in the first place, sure not having to pay their salary is good, but also it helps the American government to offer low quality services like in poor countries, very understaffed, with long lines for those who need.

A great opportunity for inside trading, I think that’s his thing, anyone with the heads up on his nonsense has the opportunity on making a huge profits on stock trading during this chaos. He has no strategy other than this, it’s becoming clear.

Don’t know how anyone can do business on the word of this guy.

The problem I find is how reluctant people are even on the progressive side, by framing that taxes funds the government, I keep saying to stop that, first it’s not true, second thats why taxpayers keeps saying “I pay for your benefits!” to poor folks, its humiliating and it’s a misleading narrative.

He’s ok with building a sustainable graveyard. 70 pounds a week, contrast that with MPs salaries and the expenses they get help for when everyone else doesn’t. Their disability is in their souls.

The Brics needs to keep moving away from using the dollar, an American government that behaves this erratic cannot be trusted, this was a pressing issue before, but now trump is making it vital. Too bad bancor didn’t take.

The 5% that thinks it’s been positive are people who were already rich and after Brexit they just continued to get rich.
