Somehow, I got a tear on the silk/cotton voile shirt. Love that shirt. A benefit of learning how to sew, I picked up a couple of silk/cotton lawn by Nani Iro on our weekend trip to NY to replace it, along with some black linen to make up some wide leg trousers.

I still need to weave in the ends. This is pattern no. 27 from Fall 2003 of Vogue Knitting. With spring here, I decided to not make it a full mock neck. Milo wanted to be in the pic, too.

Facebook memory from today, March 19, 2017. I pulled my sewing machine out of its box for the first time in years since my kids were small. This time, I really learned to sew, joining the #memadewardrobe trend. Creativity is a good stress reliever. Here we are again.

I got a new #knitting back today from my friend’s shop. She is also a fellow knitter. The llama bag is the original. It holds books and all the needles. The other three have a project on the needle or ready to go. I love it when my project (sweater) matches my bag, lol. It was unintentional btw.

She’s finished! My Alphabet City Sweater using the Lana Grossa (Design 25) pattern from August 2018. I used to collect sweatshirts from cities I visit in CONUS. Since moving to the north east, I now collect yarn to make my own sweater. This came from a yarn store in Alphabet city, NY 😊. #knitting
