We def freeze basil, parsley and chives all the time. Mum's basil goes crazy. Great for winter, throwing in pasta sauce, and I throw it in a chicken stir fry at the end, squeeze of lemon, very yum. A taste of summer in winter :)

Health-wise I'm 'ok'. Could be way worse. Fighting the remnants of a bad cold. Totally zapped me of any energy I would have had post chemo on 18 Dec.
