Reach out to your supervisor too, they should be helping too - if you want them to of course

I would also suggest practising summarising your work, it's a common first question in vivas. I would include what it was about, why it matters, main methods used and the findings.

My main advise (you might already have done this) is to have a mock viva. It really helps with thinking on how to best phrase responses and it's a good opportunity to see what needs revisiting and what you already feel quite confident about.

Absolutely! A lot of speakers don't realise that there are accessibility considerations when things overrun.

I often talk to my students about 'free flowing' writing, literally I just sit down and write/type about a topic, anything that I'm thinking about, I don't worry about typos, grammar, structure, I don't worry about it making sense or not. It helps getting a sense of progress.
