But I have to admit it hasn't been smooth. I've experienced grief, it's been challenging to navigate getting on and having to get off medication, having to deal with explaining my ADHD to others and not always receiving support. But I wouldn't change a thing!

It also opened my eyes to my impact on others, especially my partner. It's given us understanding, language, and tools to navigate challenges we've experienced throughout our relationship. At first I experienced curiosity, validation, understanding, and a closer connection to myself

Labels can be a powerful thing and I think we all have unique experiences of coming to terms with the diagnosis. My ADHD diagnosis represented a before and after in terms of my self awareness and understanding of who I am. It has helped me more easily identify and conceptualize challenges.

I haven't been able to find anything already existing! Once there is a few more of us we start a starter pack (seems like you need a minimum number of people in it first). Still learning all functions but a group sounds good too!
