A4: I second AI being a concern- additionally clickbaity headlines. Also as social media changes it can be harder to find groups for support and at this point I would say I seek community support and information sharing 100% online (sad but true!)

A3: While not scientific I’ve recommend Living Low Grade on more than one occasion- it’s a quick read and insightful on what it’s like when you are first diagnosed. I also love Headstrong by Amy Hodge, a fellow survivor I met at the ABTA conference a few years ago. A wonderful and wise woman

A2: Typically anything .org or .gov, or linked directly to my hospital. For international sources I just try my best. In an increasingly difficult time to avoid misinformation, especially from US .gov sites I’m not sure what I will do moving forward
