I love when I get to take a break and relax with my adorable little guy. He says good riddance to all the people claiming they’ll leave California now that prop 50 has passed. We don’t need them!

Four years ago I got my first dahlia plant. It was one of the only things that brought me joy that summer. This summer I’m going to grow an entire garden for cut flowers. Dahlias, zinnias, roses and more… my head is in the clouds. I’m so happy.

Yeah I know people say anxiety is bad, but mine has just been collecting all the possible things that can go wrong so far. Once it has an exhaustive catalog of every possible mishap, it’ll move on to suggesting solutions and then you better watch out.
