1. Cats and dogs work wonders but we usually can’t take them to work so… I go for scarves at the office and plush toys when wfh. I try not to bother the dog too much.

2. Yes! Someone you can signal to intervene. Hope it works out!

1. I’m not really good at that, but reaching out for something soothing to touch helps me. A scarf or a plush, something of the sort.

2. You are not overreacting. Could you maybe have someone you could redirect phone calls to, when they get too much to handle and trigger your anxiety/PTSD?
