Unfortunately, what happened was that too many people decided not to show up to vote. Or, they voted third party. It’s sad.

But, not 24/7 on all platforms. There’s enough hard news on the cable channel and website. And remember, good news is also news. It doesn’t have to be alarm bells and gloom to qualify as news.

It’s not meant to be. CNN can do human interest stories, too. They don’t have to confine themselves to hard news all the time on all platforms.
