I deeply hope as you do, but I fear there is a far-right juggernaut happening right now across western democracies. We don't hear enough about how Trump's base is responding to all this, let alone how right wing voters in Europe view it. I see almost no reporting on that.

He's not clever. I mean he's really not clever. The man speaks before he thinks, on potential policy issues as well.

Fascism. Pure and simple. And just as in the 1930s his supporters don’t see it. This is way more than he said he would do on the hustings, but much of his base is right behind him. It’s terrifying.
