It's not approaching us.
It's going to be at its nearest to Earth as it sweeps away around the sun on it's way past Jupiter, not coming towards us, about 170 million miles (270 million kilometers) — nearly twice as far away as the Sun.
and taking no notice of us at all.
The sauce of it! 😠😇

Remind you of anybody? 🤔

“You had to hand it to the Patrician, he admitted grudgingly. If you didn't, he sent men to come and take it away.”
― Terry Pratchett, Guards! Guards!

Loved that first one. Two characters in it that were so popular dead that they brought them back in another one as relations! 🤣😇

That will be as nuthin' if Farage gets control. A Trump bootlicker par excellence.😠

I read that on the tube (uk) on my way home when it firstcame out and started laughing and couldn't stop.
Everyone in the carriage glared at me. 🤣😇
Most of my books were 1st editions, first impressions since then from Foyles.👍

Different in UK English and US English. Sounds more indecent in the US one!
I always thought it was pronounced as the French did as it's their word we appropriated.

I've got about a dozen lined up to read. As I'm home alone this Christmas I think I'll start on them!
So many travel problems in the UK at Christmas, and family 400 miles away. I love 'em but stranded at Edinburgh Airport with fog a few years ago and I said 'That's enough' Such a good excuse! 🛫😠

It's about to threaten us in Edinburgh with 48/55 mph winds after 4 pm. Hope it's calming down now for you. You get the full blasts in Kilkenny! ❤️🍀

Sorry 'detractor for' is this an American expression? I've never heard of it before, living in the UK.

Calm down doomsayers!
The almost whole chicken is cartoon licence but the info. on uncooked and cooked chicken bones is helpful! ❤️
I'm wondering though, if anyone in the USA can afford to throw almost a whole chicken away these days?🤔😇

Do a search on Vitamin B12 and affect to help both Covid and diabetes. It might help.

Isn't it about time we seized all Elon Musk's assets as being an employee of Putin's Russia?
That'll pay off a lot of nation's debts won't it? 🤔😇

The USA has ceased to exist. It's now Trumpland until you all come to your sensed and depose him.
December 8, 2025 at 9:00 PM
If we vote for Farage as out PM I expect we'll get the same in the UK. 😠

They've been traitorous to the very countries that supported them in their wars in the Middle East.
We were stupid to do so and we have the situation we are now in.
At least we in the UK didn't fall for supporting them in Vietnam, thank goodness.

Leavitt might be writing her own letters from jail in a few years or so. She's just a robot with no power of her own now.

Ernie probably hadn't recovered from the euphoria of WW2 ending. Magic can happen! 😇

I wrote my experience in an X/Twitter post a couple of years ago and later a woman teacher wrote back to thank me as two of her students who had been having problems, got tested and found they had CD too.
In our UK the Association think about half a million have it but undiagnosed.

There have been deaths reported in the news recently of women dying because doctors thought they were too young to get cancer. They didn't do the tests. This is one the BBC reported.
