And different school designs. Lots of different tools to work with. Small spaces that support working in small groups (its hard to collaborate in a group of 30). And pressure off teachers to keep measuring. Room to experiment. Different and more complex forms of assessment.

This would require a total upheaval of our system of education. We would need settings where children and teachers engage in learning projects where they had to create solutions to complex problems. To work together. It requires teacher to have very different skill sets.

They also tax mining and have a big national wealth fund. And their childcare and education is free - and good! I think they are more enlightened

It's puzzling. Did David Anderson lie? And if so why? It makes no sense. Surely he knew he would be found it. Or maybe he thought he and Ita were on the same side and she worked back him. Maybe they’d worked it out together… Then she threw him under the bus??
