Oops, it’s actually a full cup of cheddar. Half mixed in immediately, half spread across the top, then topped with a layer of onions toward the end. I was thinking half cup because I did a half serving.

I was skeptical because classic green bean casserole is my favorite side dish, but the cheese melts in so much it really just gives it a little tang and also a slightly thicker consistency. I wound up doing a half sized portion of each just for the purists. (We did TG last night for my fam.)

I learned about adding a half a cup of cheddar cheese just yesterday and lemme tell you it’s a game changer. I’m already a big GBC fan but the cheese really does elevate it.

I just want a little bit of fun competitiveness at least. Not 40 point blowouts every night.

Found an updated article that says the majority of the hives have been returned but there will still be lawsuits due to loss of income and property destruction. Glad most of his bees are home though!
