I’m so lucky to live in a neighbourhood that has walking trails 5 minutes from my home. They’re getting lots of use this month!

Something I can control today!
My art practice has been nonexistent this past week. With the current political unrest in Canada and the US I’m bogged down as I sort what I have control over and what I don’t. Staying informed vs. being consumed is a daily consideration. Are you feeling this weight? Any tips?
