Actually, yes. I have worked for over two years (with the OECD) on a proposal for a new UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) for the space environment and space traffic management (SDG18). I’m about to publish some of that.

Hi Maya - the short answer is a resounding no. But a few of us are trying to formulate plans, models and technology roadmaps. A more disturbing issue is that the general population are unaware of decisions being taken by powerful commercial actors that potentially affect the future of all.
