Exploring the alleys and twittens, enjoying some great pub food, and finishing off with an choral evensong in Britain's oldest cathedral.
Loved the vibe and feel of the city I think I'll definitely visit again this year.

My arrangement of Prelude in F/a, VL188, will play every day in January at just before 15:00 starting today. Little proud moment for me 😀

Homely team effort: Risotto with chicken and forest mushrooms.
Cooked with home cooked chicken stock 😀. Tasty, creamy and definitely moreish.

Final stir of the base starter for Żurek, the delicious Polish soured rye flour soup.
Stock going on soon and then we can enjoy a few days of home hooked Żurek dinners. Yum!
