Do you know that when you go to tuist.dev, there is *no* cookie popup? These cookie popups are a *choice*. Businesses don't have to have these - unless they want to track you across sessions.

And Noora, the CLI design system library that we've developed for @tuist.dev is mentioned there - if you want to build beautiful CLIs in Swift, you know what to use 😎

This is always one of the most satisfying parts of finishing a larger migration/redesign 🔥

On the CLI front, we've started to ship Noora improvements, starting with 'tuist share'. See the video for before and after ✨

We're moving ahead with the @tuist.dev dashboard redesign and it's great to start seeing it come to life. The new dashboard will form an amazing foundation for new features that we have planned later in the year.

Had a blast giving a workshop yesterday about @tuist.dev at the @arcticconference.bsky.social 😌

Scaling codebases is our bread and butter at @tuist.dev, so it's great to see Ben Scheirman kicking the @arcticconference.bsky.social with tips and tricks how to scale a codebase at a company as large as Nike 💜

Other issue I have with Apple docs in general – and I believe this is partly due to DocC as well – is terrible SEO. When I search for something like "swift testing documentation @suite", I'd expect to see the official documentation somewhere on the first page. But no.
February 11, 2025 at 8:22 AM
One thing that DocC is still subpar at is search. For example, if I search for "@Suite" in the Swift Testing documentation, I get no results. Instead, to get the page I want, I need to search for "macro Suite", which is quite counterintuitive.

You know you did something interesting when Dave Werver highlights your work in the iOS Dev Weekly newsletter - and even writes up a whole commentary for it 💜

Yesterday, we joined the local CocoaHeads meetup in Berlin and it was great to see Ostap from SumUp evangelizing project generations tools, including @tuist.dev – it's always special to see others being excited by a tool that you have put a lot of thought and energy into 💜

I updated my workspace with the Dell U2723QE. Given I spend a ton of time looking at my monitor, I felt it was time for an upgrade from my low-res monitor that I had for ages now.

I also wanted to play with how the feature would look like in a real-world app by adding it to the Ice Cubes app. The Tuist project for the fork I used is public, so you can play with the feature yourself!
Here's the PR (it also includes a demo): github.com/tuist/IceCub...

I heard Swift concurrency is all the rage nowadays. I wrote my first actor to cache some piece of expensive work that needs to be run just once and this is what I've come up with. Am I doing it wrong?

X is a terrible name for a social network, for many reasons. One of them being, it's painful to find all references to it when it's just a single character. Anyway, good riddance 👋

We are proudly transitioning @tuist.dev social media channels from X to Bluesky and Mastodon 😌
