I agree. So many parents now asking about homeschooling but also want to do no work on their part. Even kids who are motivated to self learn still need at least one involved parent. And many kids need a lot more than supportive guidance.

The number of parents on FB homeschool groups looking for a way to homeschool where they don't have to do anything is astounding. They want someone else to keep the records and grade and teach and keep track of attendance.

There are a lot of secular curriculum options. I know lots of atheists, LGBT+, and people who follow religions other than Christianity that homeschool. You can get many of the same materials public schools use.

That's weird. My homeschooled kids watch all sorts of TV, movies, YT. We also interact with a lot of other homeschoolers and have never seen anything like this graphic before.

I watch Elf in March. And any other month of the year. Also watch the Sanat Claus movies and the Grinch movies and so on. Love Christmas all year. Die Hard is definitely a Christmas movie 😀
