I want to call attention to this book. We need creative, effective ways to demonstrate, defend our Democracy and fight Fascism. I am thinking back to the days of ACT UP.

Wear non descript clothes. Goggle and mask. Heat resistant gloves. Emergency contacts written on your arm. Bring: Water for drinking and tear gas. Snack. Cash & ID. First aid supplies. Ear plugs. Washcloth soak in vinegar in a ziplock for tear gas.

A google search revealed the earthquake.usgs.gov website showing a map of a 4.1 earthquake centered in York, ME. I felt it in Framingham, MA.

It was a gorgeous day. I took Buster for a walk, then put up lights, because I love the lights at this dark time of year. It keeps a spark in my soul aglow until the sun starts to return.

My cheer is understated.
