They are about to wind up 18-7 or something with the only other loss coming against OKC, and we won't know a damn thing about them.

They lost. Then won. Then won more. Then lost in the most painful manner possible.

However, now we won't get to learn anything useful until OKC, which lol, basically means until late December.

Certainly. Not suggesting they won't frustrate. But they always progress under Finch. Just improvement like molasses. And in a way that's as painful as possible.

We say this every year.

And every year they take forever to learn this lesson.

And every year they learn it - but piss away too many games in the process.

And tbc, despite Gobert needing to step up from drop, he only is caught so flat footed because the POA defender offered zero resistance.

Like literally the same ass defense... Let offensive guy blow by first defender and back defender never steps up.

Now that there's no Wemby, it's very possible they go like 10-1 on their next 11. Like worse than 9-2 is actually pretty bad.

Vikings 😴 (self explanatory)
Wolves 🤼 (wrestling with themselves)
Loons 🏆 (eyes on the prize)

It's really not entertaining and I'm not that committed to this team; might just watch highlights/lowlights until they seem fun again.

In addition, dropping many passes that he actually does deliver,,, (it's all pretty bad)

For example, no one wants to hear it, but it's certainly possible Rob would have continued to bring the juice that he brought in the first half.

It's also just a little Ant ice cold and 3s stopped falling.

But other options are there; they just refuse to take them.
November 16, 2025 at 3:44 AM
Actually a little confused cause I know this Wolves offense has enough juice to score without Ant (not this bad for this long obviously). Maybe it's simply they just went cold. But offense felt clunky like they were waiting for him instead of taking what was there.

Ant ice cold, team shooting cooled off, couldn't manufacture other offense (Rob could have been rewarded for his good play in first half). Think refs got in their head a bit too.

Yeah that comment extends to last year
