Well, we've been putting up with dead silence from progressives since 2023 when thousands of pro-Hamas marchers (who progressives support) have displayed the same Nazi salute. The difference is that they mean it, and are directly calling for genocide of the Jews. But...nary a peep! Some examples:

It would be great if Democrats and progressives condemn these Nazi salutes as much as they are condemning Musk's Nazi salute today. I haven't heard one peep condemning them to date.
