Wow. His statements continue to blow my mind. They want full control, and of course it had nothing to do with "irreparable harm" to children. This talking point coming out everywhere about "decisions being in the hands of elected officials" is very scary.

The spiciness of that second last paragraph from the ATA: "As strong and free Albertans..."

And then on Oct 15th we get the AHS Scandal report, right? Right?!

If anything seems consistent it's that Conservatives tend to eat their own at the first scent of blood in the water. If the new right had any interest in governing for their constituents they would work with the minority government, but I suspect it will be more grievance politics in pursuing power.

I find it really hard to believe that the both the UCP procurement scandal and the US relations from Smith hasn't budged her approval rating at all. Is everyone just firmly in their camps at this point?

You primarily get quests from other from them flagging you down while you're walking. You're never getting new quests or adventures when fast travelling.

This is an interesting observation and has me thinking about fantasy settings in video games, specifically RPGs. There's often "fast travel" systems that instantly transport you to your destination.

Always has been a pain. And I discovered it gets worse when you have kids. Overall, Community (the show) put it best. With screaming.

It's early yet for BlueSky, but I'm curious to see how it evolves. There's a bit of bias so far since it's all the people who were smart enough to jump off the sinking ship. But one positive on here so far is that people are actually engaging. I've seen artists especially happy about engagement.
