He is noticeably slower this year than he was just last season. Thus his iindecisiveness which has caused a lot of issues this season.

Even though it makes financial sense in the long run, it still is a hard one for the supporters to take. Its been sell, sell, fire, sell and no real upgrades on paper yet. Its getting exhausting and the season hasnt even begun yet.
