A hard cap? No. But maybe a soft cap. I also think if you’re doing a cap you have to give hometown teams some sort of Bird rights to go over the cap for stars and also get rid of arbitration.

I watched 44 Royal Rumbles in 3 weeks and finally compiled everything into a spreadsheet.
If you want to know what the best Rumble of all time is- well it’s 2008 in MSG. It’s perfect.
