Fruit and veggies are not very nutritionally dense, so you have to eat a lot of them to meet your needs. At my age eating protein is very important. It’s just too hard to be healthy eating fruit. Love fruit but, Fructose turns in to liver fat. See youtu.be/mTyx9l0OyZU?...
