Let me put yall on, just in case you didn’t already know! I’m in my 7th week out of a 10 week program and I recently added these to my regimen. I went heavier on legs today and used the oatmeal to fuel me and ate the pancakes after to refuel me. Highly recommend both! 🙂↕️
