Streamers use a PC to stream through a streaming software (such as OBS or Streamlabs).
The games will more than likely also be played on the same PC, using an emulator (e.g. a program called DuckStation is used to play PS1 games on PC).
That's what me and friends do for streaming if that helps. :)

...in a very unhealthy manner for not just themselves, but also for those around them. Unfortunately I have one in my household, who comes over as very gaslighting and most days it makes me live in fear, wanting to escape or even questioning my whole existence. 😓 [2/2]
