Whatever NoVA is doing, they’re eating Maryland’s lunch. Now, this opinion only based on the extent of construction and vibes I see when I go there. Took the silver line from Dulles a couple weeks ago. So many young professionals out and about. Maryland feels stodgy and stuck in time by comparison.
