Absolutely no doubt Jota’s death is a massive thing to deal with for the players, no hiding that. That being said, it doesn’t explain the tactics employed by the manager, the way we’re set up to be so open to counters, lack of a press, or the fact we’ve been easy to beat since February really.

No, but lots of teams are putting huge emphasis on that style this season, which we haven't dealt with very well. I'd say our biggest issue though has been not converting our many good chances into goals, that would make a huge difference! 😁

Madrid are a footballing team, our problem has been against teams who just want to launch long balls and set pieces and bypass our press by not wanting possession. The setup last night is perfect for those kinds of teams, definitely, hopefully we can find something that works against the rest!
