They say we should cover our bodies in public because it’s sexual to be naked. But people only sexualise nudity because we cover our bodies all the time. It’s circular reasoning that leads to all sorts of sexual crimes and poor mental health. Let’s break this vicious cycle.

The temperature is still warm enough for crying shorts and shirt. This morning I was cycling all alone on a dark bike path. I couldn’t resist the temptation to ride naked for a while. It felt wonderful to cycle in the drizzle with nothing on.

This morning I enjoyed another wonderful bike ride on Texel. The Wadden Sea just looks different every single day. Beautiful! I also managed to cover quite a few naked kilometers again. Such a lovely start to the day.
