In the center of the photo is a tall bridge tower that looks like a tall, white pointed arrow. It’s supporting red suspension cables, but from this angle we can only see one cable and due to the perspective it gives the illusion of being a vertical pole. Tall shiny towers are visible on the opposite side of the bridge. A traffic sign on the right side says the name of the bridge in Chinese and pinyin.

In the center of the photo is the large white pier of the bridge (the bottom part of the bridge tower in the previous photo) and stretching out from it all the way above the viewer is the bright red underside of the bridge, which is the bottom of the subway part of the bridge (which is directly below the road part of the bridge). The ground is a sandy riverbank with water in the distance with boats going along it. The opposite side of the bank shows road support beams and tall downtown buildings, as well as the iconic Hongya cave to the right.
