Something I JUST learned: one of the 1st Black female mayors in the entire U.S. (she was 2nd by 2 yrs) is a woman named Lelia Foley who was elected mayor of Taft, Oklahoma (about 35 mins south of Tulsa) in 1973 at the age of 30.
She just turned 83 Friday.

The alleged victim Caroline Miller needs to be charged w/false report of a crime.
I don't know WHAT the new Cobb DA is doing.
