We bomb boats to stop the importation of drugs. Why do we never hear of efforts to arrest major U.S. buyers. If there were no buyers, there would be no market for drugs. That seems to be a more efficient way to stem drug trade.

@smerconish.bsky.social on whether the Admiral should be charged. That is the responsibility of the investigators to establish that the action was criminal. If so, all up and down the line involved could face charges.

ON EXAGGERATED WORRIES. CONCERNING AI: The job market will be affected, different skills will be needed. Predictions may be too dark. America can’t lose consumers on a massive scale. That would be catastrophic to business. Finding the balance is the key. Guaranteed income? A thought and possibility!

The President of Columbia has asked the International Criminal Court (The Hague) to investigate the boat bombings calling Trump a barbarian. Two U.S. Senators are demanding Hegseth provide a paper trail justifying the bombings. Stay tuned!

THE CRAZINESS OF THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY: With MTG resigning rumors suggest others will follow. Not only is that wishful thinking but cowardly. If the R Congress is upset, then join Ds and impeach. They had two chances to do that and proved gutless (with a couple of exceptions). Watch and learn.
