He’s not but I’m just keen for us to show more going forward.

Strange to say but I think gruev would provide more support on the left though that is quite irrelevant when city are well beyond us. Tanaka as a 10?? Please.

I’m a supporter of Farke but his insistence to keep Aaronson will be his downfall. Tanaka has every right to be pissed.

3 injury prone strikers equals 1 good option.

It’s January. There’s not a lot out there. He wouldn’t be my first choice but if he played 10 games and got three goals it would be a step up.

It’s hard to see what signings look like in January. Quality doesn’t move in January so are we looking at loans for players that need game time? I’m not seeing names that are significantly better than we have. A punt of Fulkrug or Evan Ferguson? Is Mainoo unrealistic?

13 teams have won one or none of their 5/6 away games.

You mean the dealing with relegation, rebuilding the squad, getting us promoted, getting new investment and keeping us out of the relegation zone in the premier league after 11 games. Terrible owners. I wish we had blades, Luton, Soton owners.

I think realistically if we let go of Farke we are signing up for a Gerrard, Gary O'Neil,Keane etc. None of these inspire confidence. We could off-piste and get an unknown but 49ers seemed to like that Farke brought Championship experience so would probably be seeking relegation fight exp.#lufc

True. It’s not that I’m not worried just reflecting that all teams struggle away. It’s whether we can maintain our good home form that will define us.
November 10, 2025 at 3:35 PM
Maybe I am. When I look at the away table we are doing the same as everyone else. I will change my mind on Farke if we stop picking up wins at home. But board also need to get fans on board with clear intentions in January to address attackers.
November 10, 2025 at 3:10 PM
I don’t think he needs to turn it around. We are 15th with 11 from 11. If we finish 15th with 38 from 38 then he’s succeeded. Most clubs lose most away games. That’s what being 15th looks like. We certainly need attackers reinforcements. Home form and stability is our strength.

Away table.
November 10, 2025 at 1:50 PM
I’m fully behind him. 15th, 11 from 11. Away form is bad (as with most clubs) and lack attacking options (which will improve a bit with a fit James and Gnonto). Home form is good. Hopefully board see that January window is key. 2-3 top attackers needed.

They are staying up aren’t they.

It seems very sensible to get the team and fan base focused on the long term rather than the over emotional response we get to every win or defeat.
