Duda stopped 6 reforms that Tusk tried to implement, of which two were (imo) actually good, one very bad and three not important. But for the most of the 1,5 year that Tusk has been PM again, the rulling coalition didn't do much. Partially because of infighting, but mostly without a good reason.

Mainly dissatisfaction with the current Tusk's government. They promised a lot and then delivered (almost) nothing. Tusk's party also shifted more to the right, adopting many right wing talking points, which led to normalization of far-right ideas in the broader society.
