If somebody gives you feedback for the first time and it's negative do you ignore it because they only criticize you?

Does it mean that every criticism should be preceded with praise?

I just started learning SwiftUI and it is hard for me to understand at times.
How does onChange with let value type argument work? Is it implemented in SwiftUI runtime with macros? Otherwise how onChange knows about changes to a value that it receives a copy of?
