The Orange Bowl is sorely lacking in self awareness as they continue to produce a 1970s-style production at their half at the expense of the bands and fans who earned a right to be there. No one cares about the flavor of the day entertainment, overproduced for 10 minutes. It’s shameful.

Sadly, it’s all over the country now. Consultants went around the country telling athletic departments that bands were just an expense, that they’d do better with an in-stadium DJ. It’s atrocious, and an opinion almost universally shared across social media. Bands are a reason fans come!
