I mean fans have been able to digitally restore the pre-rendered backgrounds. The assets are out there. I don't think it's a good excuse. There's no reason for 2020s release of these games should have such blurry backgrounds

Shoutouts to Marvel Tokon for having the only women currently on the roster be women of colour. I know that's not going to last but it's cool that they put them up front and center. They are real for that.

It's $79.99 USD, if you're seeing 100$ that's probably the canadian price, which is just because our dollar is weak. But if we're talking the Canadian prices then all our games are already around 80-90$ range so I still don't see what you were trying to get at in your first post.

I found this chart on reddit listing all the different Link Height across the zelda series, and I love how this implies that Ocarina of Time Link hit a truly insane growth spurt in between Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess, because what do you mean Hero's Shade is 6'8"?!

It seems like Purrloin and Liepard are also taking a lot for Doronjo of Tatsunoko fame. Note the mask shape and body language when Purrloin stands up. The beautiful feminine crook (usually accompanied by two dumbasses) trope seems to be what they are going for.
