And in Canada, our political leaders were all on the same page! The message was that we were in this together so that we could protect each other - not just ourselves as individuals. Of course, some Americans would consider this attitude to be socialism.

As a Canadian with American family and friends, who has followed US politics for decades, it is apparent that every time a GOP government comes into power, civil liberties, human rights, and the economy all go into retrograde. Very sad😢

right on! If I have to buy online, it is from Canada, MX, Europe or China. The only thing I have purchased recently from the US was lemons (ironically) because that was the only source. I am not anti-American , but standing against oppression and bullying takes priority.
