This is how to object, on Instagram. After clicking the link on "object" there is a form to send (only email to fill in, and optional comments).
Settings and Activity from Instagram profile. Search for Privacy Centre Privacy Centre of Instagram's settings. Their statement about using public information such as public posts to train their AI. There is a link to object.
