American’s by and large are racist. Trump had his finger on that pulse and finally gave all the bigots a voice they could vote for. Make all the excuses you want as to why Trump was reelected but a country does not elect a fascist bigot twice if the country does not support fascism and bigotry.

I'm not gloating. This brings me no joy but they did (and probably still) support Trump. They helped bring this on themselves.
