I think I am comfortable in the XL club. How Sway? No 264 lb man should be able to rock an XL. The last time I rocked an XL, I was 230, so I am confused.

I had to freak the chicken breast to make it edible. The spicy sauce siracha, Greek yogurt, light Soy Sauce, and garlic.

I am trying to work on my mindset to be more positive and have some self-esteem. Part of doing that is acknowledging and celebrating my victories, no matter how small they are. I am 50 lbs down since May and starting to tone up a bit. If I am being honest, seeing the tone is motivating.

This weight loss shit is hard by itself. Adding in heartbreak in the middle of the process makes mentally easier yet harder if that makes sense. Easier because I am fired up more to hit my goal. But harder because it increases the selfloathing and feelings of regret.
