As well as consolidating my knowledge, I want to turn this project into a teaching repository for anyone who also wants to learn how to turn code into real scientific analysis tools.

So I decided to challenge myself: I created a project to develop a CLI in Rust 🦀 that solves the challenges of the Rosalind platform, a classic in computational bioinformatics teaching.

Command line programs (CLI) are fundamental in bioinformatics: they allow reproducibility, automation and integration into pipelines. I've always wanted to understand how these systems work from the inside - not just use them, but build them.

If everything happens on time, I'll submit it to CRAN next week!

I have plans for more features (probably in other packages) that will create a powerful environment for analyzing this type of data.
