So I decided to challenge myself: I created a project to develop a CLI in Rust 🦀 that solves the challenges of the Rosalind platform, a classic in computational bioinformatics teaching.

Command line programs (CLI) are fundamental in bioinformatics: they allow reproducibility, automation and integration into pipelines. I've always wanted to understand how these systems work from the inside - not just use them, but build them.
